You will share the campus with other adult and youth conferences and with academic Summer Session students during your summer stay. Other groups may share common areas in the Residence Halls and Residential Restaurants with your group, depending on space availability. Every effort is made to match compatible groups in halls that will be shared by more than one conference.

Accommodations for groups during the summer months are in our student housing facilities, located on the northeast corner of campus. The Housing community offers conference guests the convenience of having an overnight room, dining, and meeting spaces all in one central area. Our three air-conditioned Residence Halls provide over 3,000 beds in both traditional and suite-style Residence Hall living arrangements. Each room is set up to accommodate up to two people.


Each Residence Hall offers lounges and kitchenettes where snacks can be prepared. Each sleeping room consists of two extra-long twin beds, two desks, two closets, and two dressers. Separate men’s and women’s community bathrooms are shared by occupants on each floor in our Aberdeen-Inverness and Lothian Residence Halls, while our Pentland Hills Residence Hall features a shared bathroom for each suite of rooms.
